What services do you provide?

We offer a wide range of non-medical home care services, including personal care, companion care, homemaking support, mobility assistance, dementia support, chronic condition support, and post-hospital recovery care.

Every care plan is personalized based on your loved one’s needs.


How quickly can care begin?

In many cases, care can begin within 24–72 hours, depending on caregiver availability and your care needs.

Are your caregivers trained and background-checked?

Yes. All caregivers go through a careful screening and hiring process, including background checks, reference checks, interviews, and training.

Safety, professionalism, and compassion are core to our standards.


Do you accept insurance?

We currently operate as a private-pay service.

Some long-term care insurance plans may reimburse for our services. We can provide documentation and visit summaries upon request.


How do you match caregivers with clients?

We use a thoughtful matching process that considers skills, experience, personality, preferences, and care needs.

Our MyCG coordination system helps ensure clients and caregivers are paired for the best possible fit.


How do families stay informed?

Families receive clear communication through our care coordination tools, including visit summaries and updates.

We believe families deserve peace of mind and transparency — not uncertainty.


Is there a minimum number of hours required?

Yes. Our minimum varies depending on service type, but most visits require a 3–4 hour minimum.

We’ll discuss your needs and help create a schedule that works best for your family.


Can I request the same caregiver each time?

Absolutely. Continuity matters, and we do our best to maintain consistent caregiver assignments whenever possible.


What areas do you serve?

We currently serve families throughout Massachusetts, with additional regions launching soon.
